O, come all you weary, and fall down in prayer.
Come, fearful or cheery, to meet our God there.
O, sinners who stumble, confess it in prayer!
Come willing and humble and treat with God there.
O, burdened and broken, find healing in prayer,
With promise respoken, come plead with God there.
When enemies chase you, come, face them in prayer.
Your king will embrace you and shelter you there.
If life’s sun is rising then still turn to prayer,
For mercies surprising, give thanks to God there!
In storm or fair weather we will live by prayer
So draw now together to meet our God there.
