There’s an end, to every life’s beginning

10.9.10.9.10.10.10.8

There’s an end to every life’s beginning,
There’s a grave that opens deep and wide.
Yet we walk towards that end with singing –
For we know who’s on the other side.

So we lift our voice to our king above
To the king who died for the ones he loved
To the king who rose and who waits for us
Christ our saviour, our hope and joy.

There’s a judge, for every crime committed:
Even those we thought could not be seen.
Yet we stand, from all our sins acquitted,
For the blood of Christ has made us clean.

So we lift our voice…

There’s a song, that every saint is singing.
There’s a tune that echoes in each soul.
For we know our glorious king is coming
And the broken shall again be whole.

So we lift our voice…
